Great article! I especially agree with the emphasis on explainability and expectation calibration. Without clarity about limitations, even technically correct answers can lead to frustration and loss of credibility. The point about human involvement is also crucial. Responsible AI demands supervision and continuous iteration to mitigate bias and failures. In practice, I see that products adopting active transparency and reliable sources in their interfaces generate more sustainable engagement, while unrealistic promises foster disappointment. In the era of AI (where biases often originate from data generation and model training itself), trust is an evolving process that depends on both technical robustness and respect for the user in experience design and, if distrust is an experience perceived by the user, it is certainly material for UX design.
